Online registration will close at 11:45PM September 4th, 2019. You will need to buy a ticket to enter the Penang Esports Festival event, but participation for the SOULCALIBUR Asia League: Penang Battle Stage is free.

- Cheating and Malfunction arcade stick are not allow to use in tournament
